The Volgograd State University is the founder of 11 journals issued under the general
name “Science Journal of Volgograd State University”. The first issues were published in
1996. The journals of VolSU contain the results of academic research on mathematics, physics,
history, archeology, area studies, international relations, philosophy, sociology, economics,
ecology, biology, linguistics, literary criticism, journalism, jurisprudence, problems of university
education and other academic directions.

and the editions recommended by the Highest Certifying Commission for publication of the main
